Appearance: Tern is a sturdy, fierce-looking Seawing with shimmery green scales that are lighter on her underside.
Personality: She is outgoing, with a sharp sense of humor. She loves people freely and intensely, and has been known to hug others so suddenly that it knocks the wind out of them. She is fiercely intelligent, and has a particular interest in the genealogy of the Seawing royal family, and knows more about her family history than any dragon out there.
Relationships: Auklet: Tern likes her mother. They share a comfortable rapport. Tern loathes the idea of ever challenging her for the throne.
Trench: Tern is cordial with her father, though they aren’t extremely close. He is generally supportive of her and Kittiwake, and thinks they should do what makes them happy.
Kittiwake: Tern and Kittiwake are extremely close. They are best friends, and love treasure hunting together. Neither of them is very interested in becoming queen, and they’re even less interested in treating each other as rivals.
Gull: Tern regards Gull as distant, but has nothing against him. She knows that he isn’t interested in things like treasure hunting, but she doesn’t know anything about his jealousy toward the throne.
History: Tern was born in 5111 to Trench and Auklet. She had an older brother named Gull, and her younger sister, Kittiwake, was born several years later.
Spring 5130: Gull has gone to the Shoreline Palace. Trench speaks with Tern and Kittiwake. He is supportive of them and encourages them to forge their own paths in life.
Fall 5130: Tern and Kittiwake decide to pay a visit to the Shoreline Palace to vist Papaya. Ostensibly Gull as well, but they're more excited about seeing Papaya.
