Queen Marsh is the successor of Queen Moorhen and the current ruler of the Mud Kingdom.

During the Late Classical Era, Princess Anemone of the Kingdom of the Sea approached Queen Marsh with plans for a palace on the border of their kingdoms that would be shared between the Sea, Mud, and Rainforest Kingdoms. Queen Marsh ultimately agreed, leading to the construction of the Shoreline Palace.
