Appearance: Crag is a sturdy dragon with a robust, muscular build suited for a soldier. Her scales are a deep, brownish-red, lacking the brilliant oranges or bright scarlets common in her type, giving her a more grounded and rugged look. Her physical presence is defined by her disciplined posture.

Personality: Defined by single-minded determination and a rigid sense of duty, Crag is a soldier through and through. She is fiercely loyal to Queen Pyrope, believing that her personal feelings are secondary to the needs of the Sky Kingdom. This dedication has made her emotionally distant and guarded; she struggles to form deep connections with others, often viewing relationships through the lens of tactical utility or rank.

Venom: A Leafwing from Pantala. Crag harbors a deep-seated vendetta against him for the death of Commander Eagle. Alexandrite & Dune: Her current teammates on the mission to retrieve the Gift of Patience.

Gwen: A young Icewing dragonet. Despite Crag’s cold exterior, she finds Gwen charming and has developed an unexpected fondness for her while using her to get to her father.

Salmon: Gwen’s father and cousin to the Icewing queen. Crag views him primarily as a target of interest who may hold the key to her mission.

History: Crag’s life was forever changed during a patrol led by Commander Eagle when they were ambushed by a group of Pantalan dragons. When the Leafwing Venom cornered her, Eagle sacrificed himself to ensure her survival. Crag has never forgiven herself for his death, choosing to bury her guilt under a mask of stoic professionalism and a vow of vengeance.

She proved her mettle during the summit that ignited The War of Patience, where she was instrumental in repelling the Icewing forces following Queen Taiga’s betrayal. Because of her combat record, she was hand-picked for a high-stakes team alongside Alexandrite and Dune to recover the Gift of Patience from the Icewings.

Currently, Crag is operating undercover in the town of Where-the-Wind-Smooths-Stone. By befriending the young Icewing Gwen, she has positioned herself to intercept Salmon, Gwen’s father, believing his royal connections make him the most likely lead to the stolen Gift.
