Profile: York was born in the plains, and traveled north to Starfall Mountain. There, he met the wolf Sylvia. Sylvia had lost her pack to an avalanche, and was grateful for York's company.

Sylvia and York sheltered from the rain in a cave which turned out to belong to a mountain lion named Luna. Luna, who was expecting a cub, was wary of the newcomers, but allowed them to stay to wait out the rain. The storm continued for days, and York and Sylvia were present when Luna's cub, Starlight, was born.
